I am absolutely knocked out by what arrived on the lorry today - thank you. I took a half day off work because I have been so excited about seeing the finished article and it has exceeded my expectations so I am totally delighted. ....

Just a quick word to say how pleased we are with the end result and with the way the boys conducted themselves with us. No trouble at all, they worked really hard. I hope they felt the same.
The stairs are exactly what we wanted, robust, in keeping with the Oak framing of the house and also an artistic statement which is a feature now rather than just a way to the upper floor.
We are now redecorating and i'd be happy to send you some photos when we are all done.

The kingpost trusses & beams have been in place for some time now and they look absolutely 'fantastic'. If you fancy sending Gary Neville round to view them feel free!.
Michael and I are very pleased with them and everyone who is working on the house and friends who have come for nosey have commented on them .
